Day Trip
Departure from Marina Asipona toward Espíritu Santo National Park, sailing across turquoise waters and dramatic rock formations. Throughout the day, enjoy swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, relaxing on the flybridge or bow lounge, and savoring a gourmet lunch prepared onboard before returning to the marina at sunset.
Overnight Charter (1–7 nights)
The overnight charter allows you to explore multiple islands, remote beaches, and hidden coves of the Sea of Cortez at a relaxed pace. Each day blends scenic sailing, water activities, and personalized dining, with nights anchored in peaceful bays under star-filled skies. The itinerary can be adjusted depending on duration, season, and weather conditions.

1. Payment & Booking Terms
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
50% of the total must be paid at least 45 days prior to departure, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the trip.
Failure to meet these deadlines may result in automatic cancellation without refund of the deposit.
2. Client Cancellation
Rescheduling is possible if requested at least 30 days in advance, and the new date must be within 365 days of the original trip, subject to availability.
In case of a no-show without prior notice or rescheduling, 100% of the payment will be forfeited.
3. External Cancellations (Weather or Technical Issues)
All departures are subject to favorable weather conditions. The Harbor Master (Capitanía de Puerto) is the only authority that can declare an official port closure. Once declared, clients will be notified to proceed with rescheduling or cancellation, subject to availability.
In the event of port closure or mechanical failure, clients may reschedule the activity or receive a full refund of payments.
4. Refund Policy
Payments are only refundable if the activity is canceled by the operator due to mechanical failure or adverse weather conditions, and an official port closure is issued.

It was a magical and unforgettable experience. We saw the majestic whale shark; the guide even held our hands to help us stay calm and led us to where we could see it best! We felt incredibly safe with the captain and the guide, who were always very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to eat and drink. The ceviche and guacamole were delicious. I highly recommend taking this tour with this company; you won't regret it!
