This private charter lasts approximately 9 hours. The experience begins with boarding in La Paz, followed by scenic cruising through the Sea of Cortez. Depending on the route selected by the guest and the day’s conditions, you may head to Espíritu Santo Island, Balandra, or Punta Sur. During the trip, you may anchor at beautiful spots to relax, swim, snorkel, or enjoy paddle boarding. Onboard, the crew enhances the experience with personalized service, meals prepared by the chef, and amenities designed for a comfortable day at sea. The final route is always subject to weather, logistics, and operating conditions in order to provide the best possible experience on the water.

1. Payment & Booking Terms
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
50% of the total must be paid at least 45 days prior to departure, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the trip.
Failure to meet these deadlines may result in automatic cancellation without refund of the deposit.
2. Client Cancellation
Rescheduling is possible if requested at least 30 days in advance, and the new date must be within 365 days of the original trip, subject to availability.
In case of a no-show without prior notice or rescheduling, 100% of the payment will be forfeited.
3. External Cancellations (Weather or Technical Issues)
All departures are subject to favorable weather conditions. The Harbor Master (Capitanía de Puerto) is the only authority that can declare an official port closure. Once declared, clients will be notified to proceed with rescheduling or cancellation, subject to availability.
In the event of port closure or mechanical failure, clients may reschedule the activity or receive a full refund of payments.
4. Refund Policy
Payments are only refundable if the activity is canceled by the operator due to mechanical failure or adverse weather conditions, and an official port closure is issued.
