Check in will be at 7 am in the Marina Bartolomé in Isla Mujeres, where you get a light breakfast and we answer any questions you may have. After breakfast, at 7:30 am, we'll get on the boat for the adventure to begin and head out to the east of the Caribbean Sea, behind Isla Mujeres to start the activity and swim with whale sharks.

We'll do our best so you can enjoy these majestic animals without all other boats that are normally in the area, since at 7:30 am you will start your journey, so you will be one of the firsts to arrive to the whale shark area to probably have a unique and exclusive experience with the largest fish in the ocean.

The expedition will begin by boat to the north, for about 50 minutes, once you reach the whale shark area you will spend around 3 hours snorkeling and swimming with the whale sharks; 2 people per shark accompanied by a certified guide at all times, and if you are lucky you will also be able to see huge Mantas!

After snorkeling, and once everyone is on board, the crew will give you some sandwiches as you return to the North Beach of Isla Mujeres (listed as one of the most beautiful in the world) to have a delicious shrimp ceviche, fruit and tortilla chips. All this within the Caribbean Sea with the water to the waist.

You will return to isla Mujeres dock around 1:00 p.m.

15 USD or 300 MXN marine reserve fee per person payable in cash.

The cost of the photographs and videos (optional) varies depending on the quantity, and you can check the price on the same day at the marina.

No additional charges for online booking with credit or debit card

In case you have to use sunscreen, check that it is biodegradable and that it does not harm the reefs or marine life.

The use of a life jacket is no longer mandatory when wearing a wetsuit!  Passengers can bring their own wetsuit or rent one upon arrival at the marina for a cost of USD 15 per person.

While the chances of not sighting whale sharks are exceptionally low (5%), we cannot provide an absolute guarantee due to their free-roaming nature.

Some travelers may get seasick on whale shark tours in Cancun due to small boats, which can lead to a rocky ride in choppy waters. It is recommended to take motion sickness tablets like Dramamine, available in local pharmacies, on the morning before the tour.
