You've never dived before? Wish you could try before you start taking a course? Then the Discovery Scuba is what you need.
In this course, you will:
- Review the diving equipment that you will use to dive and how easy it is to move underwater with your equipment.
- Class in very shallow waters to find out what it feels like to breathe underwater and learn key skills that you will use on each dive.
- After the class, you will do two dives in two of the beautiful dive sites of La Paz with a maximum depth of 12 meters (40 feet).
La Paz is one of the main diving areas in the Sea of Cortez.
There are numerous dive sites offering a wide range of possibilities in terms of depth, fauna and experience levels.
These dive sites are home to a rich and diverse marine fauna that will make your diving experience in La Paz unforgettable.
The 28-foot dive boat has everything you need to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your trip: bathroom, GPS-sounder, music, VHF Radio, oxygen, etc.

It was a magical and unforgettable experience. We saw the majestic whale shark; the guide even held our hands to help us stay calm and led us to where we could see it best! We felt incredibly safe with the captain and the guide, who were always very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to eat and drink. The ceviche and guacamole were delicious. I highly recommend taking this tour with this company; you won't regret it!
