Requirements
- Wearing a life jacket in the cenote is mandatory and not included in your booking — it must be paid onsite (~ 70 MXN)
-Infants participate free (without a seat) but must pay a 100 MXN fee at the INAH ticket booth on the day of the tour

- Your reservation includes free cancellation up to 24 hrs before the pick-up time.
- If not canceled before 24 hrs or if you do not show up on the day of the activity, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

It was a magical and unforgettable experience. We saw the majestic whale shark; the guide even held our hands to help us stay calm and led us to where we could see it best! We felt incredibly safe with the captain and the guide, who were always very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to eat and drink. The ceviche and guacamole were delicious. I highly recommend taking this tour with this company; you won't regret it!
