PADI Open Water Diver Course In Isla Mujeres

Isla Mujeres

From USD 293/person

Description

Start your scuba diving adventure and explore the incredible world beneath the ocean's surface. Your dream of scuba diving begins right here.

Meet the PADI Open Water Diver course, loved by people all over the globe. Join us on an exciting journey to become a certified scuba diver.

Many divers have begun their underwater journey with us on the beautiful Isla Mujeres. Swim in the clear Caribbean waters and visit the Underwater Museum of Art, MUSA.

Your scuba training begins with three important parts:

- Learning: Dive into knowledge with PADI eLearning. You get access to the course material for a whole year, and you can read the online book anytime you want. No need for a classroom – you can study when and where you like, even during your vacation or before you go.

- Pool sessions: Start by trying out your skills in a pool, where it's safe.

- 4 dives in the ocean: maximum depth of 18 meters (60 feet) to acquire the necessary skills to practice the activity of recreational diving in a safe way.

When you finish, you'll be a PADI Open Water Diver, and you can go down to 18 meters (60 feet) underwater.

If you want more time to relax during your vacation, you can finish the whole course in just two days if you study the PADI eLearning before you come.

The eLearning may be completed while on the island but you will need to complete key components before being able to proceed with certain sections of the course. Time allowance has been made during your course to allow for study. You can pick where you want to study – like your hotel room, the beach, or by our pool.

In the PADI Open Water Course, you get all the stuff you need for diving. This includes a mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device, and a tank. What you wear changes based on where you dive, like if it's warm, cold, or somewhere in between.

We also give you a compass to help you find your way underwater and an inflatable signal tube (DSMB) for some special underwater skills. We'll make sure you have what you need for the course.

But this is just the beginning! After you become a certified diver, you'll have a chance to explore many fantastic dive spots, meet interesting people, and have unforgettable experiences. Dive into a whole new world of adventure today.

Diving instructions and the location itself in Cozumel were amazing. We've spent an hour discussing our dive on shore and once we gotten underwater and passed safety checks, there was a pure enjoyment of dive for next ~hour or so. Daniel Lomonaco, if you're reading this, just know that you're so much better than an average instructor.

Very attentive and excellent instructors. I was able to leave my dog in their care while we went on the boat.
