Our user-friendly platform allows you to effortlessly switch between MXN and USD at your convenience, and the prices will be promptly displayed in the newly selected currency. As a Mexican company, we conduct transactions in Mexican pesos, and our exchange rate stands at 17.5 MXN per dollar.
Can I dive without experience?
Of course! Choose the "Discover scuba diving" activity in the destination you prefer and after a simple practice lesson in confined waters you will enjoy the wonders of the sea. You only need to be over 10 years old.
How do I book an activity?
Within the activity of your interest, select the date, number of people and preferred time. After that, it will be necessary to provide contact information and finally proceed with the payment with any credit or debit card
How long in advance do you recommend booking?
2 weeks in advance to guarantee your places. On high season dates, check availability with the support team.
What happens in case of bad weather or port closed?
We refund the entire payment or try to reschedule the activity on another day.
What are the payment methods to book an activity?
If you book online we support Visa, MasterCard and AMEX branded credit and debit cards. Note: Most Mexican debit cards are not authorized for e-commerce, so merchants see high decline rates for debit cards. If you are seeing declines, you can ask your bank to enable them for e-commerce. Virtual Cards: There should be no problems accepting virtual cards in Mexico. Contact us though email, whatsapp or phone if you want our Mexican bank account information to make your booking through a wire transfer.
